HOW DID YOU FIRST LEARN ABOUT TSH AND WHAT DREW YOU TO US?

I discovered TSH through my Instagram art page. I follow local designers, artists, and creatives, so my algorithm is tailored to show local talent and agencies. TSH appeared as a result of this algorithm.

WHAT ARE 3 WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE SAMPSON HOUSE?

I would say modern, creative, and authentic

WHAT PROJECTS ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON? AND WHICH HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE SO FAR?

I’m currently working on a few can designs, including a couple of collaborations with Voyage FCU. I’m also developing a brand campaign and an upcoming anniversary campaign for Fort Randall FCU. My favorite project so far has probably been the can design for Voyage—I can’t wait to see it come to life on an actual can.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO WAKE UP AND GO TO WORK?

The opportunity to use my creativity and create work that gets seen and experienced in the real world.

WHAT DO YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT WORK?

I enjoy baking all sorts of different desserts and travelling to new or familiar places.

WHEN DID YOU DEVELOP AN INTEREST IN ART, DESIGN AND MARKETING?

My interest in art began with my very first art class as a kid. Over time, that passion evolved, and eventually led me to discover design. Art started as a hobby, and it’s what inspired me to pursue a career in design.

WHAT’S A CURRENT MARKETING TREND YOU SEE HAPPENING RIGHT NOW?

Big corporations are tapping into current trends to better engage their Gen Z audiences. Some are even giving Gen Z interns full control over marketing efforts to ensure content feels authentic and relevant.

WHO WOULD BE YOUR DREAM CLIENT TO WORK ON AND WHY?

I think A24 would be an incredible place to work with—it offers the chance to create unique, meaningful work while also building connections with visionary creatives in the industry.

BEST ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED?

Network.

It gets you far.
