Situation

Breadico’s goal was to be seen as more than a bakery and as a authentic Italian eatery located in Downtown Sioux Falls offering breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as specialty breads. We needed Breadico to gain awareness in the local community.

Solution

To showcase the authentic feel and quality products that Breadico has to offer we researched our target markets, curated content consistent with the Breadico brand, and optimized our social media posting organically & paid. We developed a social strategy of consistent posting and messaging. We also needed to optimize their website for search to show up on Google as an Italian restaurant in SF.

Results

Through consistent posting and branded messaging we were able to drastically increase their following and engagement. Over the course of 15-months we increased their local Facebook likes by 83%, mostly organic, and increased their local Instagram followers by 371%, all organic. We brought up the Instagram engagement from an average of 15 post engagements to an average of 150-250+ engagements per post. On Facebook we increased the average engagement by 288%. Also due to the efforts on social media, many new customers have visited the  store mentioning they became aware of Breadico because of Instagram. We also landed them a first page Google listing as an Italian restaurant.
