TEN COFFEE POP-UP

The Sampson House TEN-Year Celebration

To celebrate a decade of creative, storytelling, and strategy, The Sampson House marked its TENth anniversary with a one-of-a-kind coffeehouse pop-up, blending community engagement, brand celebration, and playful creativity. We transformed our office into a vibrant café from October 6–10, 2025, welcoming guests to enjoy free, handcrafted beverages prepared by an in-house barista each day. The activation not only celebrated our milestone but also created an immersive, memorable experience that brought the community into the heart of our work and culture.

STRATEGY

Building Buzz to Celebrate a Decade

To celebrate a decade of storytelling and strategy, our team collaborated on event ideas that would mark our TEN-year anniversary while engaging the local community. As an office of coffee lovers, we brought that passion to life with a weeklong coffee pop-up, inviting a Coffea barista to craft custom beverages and welcome visitors for networking, community connection, and conversation. The promotional strategy kicked off a month in advance, featuring a full Instagram feed wipe and a series of playful teaser posts that encouraged the community to guess what we were planning. We also engaged local news outlets to share the story and amplify reach. This carefully orchestrated rollout generated intrigue, built excitement, and positioned the TEN pop-up as both a celebration of The Sampson House and a uniquely immersive, community-focused experience.

CREATIVE

Where Creative Teamwork Brews

Our creative team brewed up an experience that was as fun as it was visually stunning. Ten custom coffee cup designs, each reflecting the unique personality of our creative team members, turned every latte into a mini work of art, sparking smiles and conversation with every sip. Transforming our office into a buzzing café created a playful, immersive environment that felt completely unexpected in the community. From eye-catching promotional posts to the in-space design details, every element reflected the creativity, humor, and strategy that defines The Sampson House.

ENGAGEMENT

Over five days, the TEN pop-up welcomed 60–120 visitors daily, many of whom were experiencing The Sampson House for the first time. Guests enjoyed handcrafted coffee, captured photos with the various cup designs, and joined thought-provoking speaker sessions on marketing, creativity, and community connection.

The pop-up created a vibrant, joyful atmosphere unlike any other event in the area. A space where learning met laughter, and strategy met a little bit of caffeine-fueled magic. Beyond celebrating our ten-year milestone, it was a playful, immersive way to engage the community, showcase our team’s personality, and leave a lasting impression of creativity, collaboration, and The Sampson House’s commitment to strategic marketing ideas.
