ABOUT THE ROLE –

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Senior Account Coordinator who can help lead day-to-day client execution with excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the details, keeps projects moving, communicates confidently, and brings both structure and energy to client work.

The Senior Account Coordinator plays a key role in managing project flow from kickoff through completion—supporting client communication, coordinating internal teams, and helping bring marketing initiatives to life across social, content, campaigns, and digital efforts. This person is a strong executor, problem-solver, and collaborator who is ready to take ownership of projects and grow into increasing leadership within the account service team. May lead smaller clients, projects or portions of accounts, often in partnership with an AE or leadership.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO -

  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence.

  • Setting kick-off meetings, touch bases, briefs, etc. with team and client. Sometimes independently, sometimes in conjunction with the Account Executive.

  • Build productive trust relationships with clients/accounts.

  • Writing and posting for social content, commercial scripts, and other marketing mediums.

  • Develop a schedule and/or editorial calendar for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.

  • Maintain client social platforms, creating unique on-brand social content, and managing fan/follower growth.

  • Brainstorm and pitch creative marketing strategies to team and clients.

  • Curating blog posts from start to finish and managing visual assets.

  • Assisting and contributing to photo/video shoots for campaigns, microcontent, social media content, TV commercials, etc.

  • May be involved with other digital marketing initiatives within TSH - social media, pitches, assisting AE on account projects, etc.

  • Represent The Sampson House at various community events, including workshops, networking opportunities, speaking events, and client celebrations.

  • You confidently manage day-to-day account needs, including scheduling, content coordination, and project tracking.

  • You play a key role in executing campaigns and content, contributing to social growth, engagement, and overall marketing performance.

  • You proactively flag issues, anticipate needs, and keep projects moving, rather than waiting for direction.

  • You bring organization and clarity to the team, improving workflows, timelines, and communication across projects.

  • You actively support creative and marketing efforts, contributing ideas and helping bring them to life through execution.

  • You show readiness for the next level by taking ownership, thinking ahead, and beginning to contribute beyond assigned tasks.

QUALITIES + REQUIREMENTS -

  •  2-4 years of experience in account management, marketing, or agency work. 

  • Must be able to communicate effectively & efficiently in a team setting.

  • Must be incredibly organized and able to multi-task.

  • Must be able to set schedules for team members and keep projects moving from start to completion.

  • A self-starter with strong work ethic & problem-solving skills.

  • A strong ability to make and meet deadlines.

  • Extensive knowledge of social media business pages, digital marketing, and blogging.

  • A demonstrated eye for quality content.

  • A strong ability to multi-task projects.

  • Extremely detail-oriented.

  • Fantastic and witty writing skills.

  • Strong grammatical skills.

  • Ability to analyze data & improve advertising performance.

  • Natural curiosity and outside-of-the-box thinking.
